Jimmy loves being a dad and he is a great one. Sometimes, though, he is a little over-enthusiastic and Sydney doesn't really enjoy the mauling! I love her face in this picture. Classic!

Happy Birthday Ally!

I can't believe my little namesake is 10 years old today. It seems like just yesterday she was Baby Ally. Now she is Little Ally, but we won't be able to call her that for much longer! She is growing up to be such a beautiful, kind girl and I love that she is always so nice & plays with Sydney and Tyler!

The Next Top Chef

Alright, so maybe Sydney won't be the next Top Chef, but doesn't she look adorable in her cute apron? I made some cute animal cookies yesterday and Sydney was a big help.

We had cake and ice cream at my mom and dad's house today for all the family members with birthdays in June. Ally is turning 10 next week, Aubrey is turning 1 the week after next and I turned 28 yesterday.

I just had to wish a happy, happy birthday to my co-birthday cousin Sarah and my co-birthday uncle, Uncle Dave. I would post pictures, but I am just too lazy to go look for some. It is my birthday after all too - I can be lazy!

Happy Belated Birthday Grandma D.

I had this post ready to post days ago, but in my extreme slackerness, I forgot.

Even though Grandma D.'s birthday was last Friday, I still wanted to wish her a happy birthday!

Happy Belated Birthday Julie!

I have to apologize for my extreme slacker-ness.

Julie's birthday was last Thursday and not only didn't I post on her b-day, I didn't even call her to wish her a happy birthday. I'm so sorry Julie. I am a terrible aunt! I can't believe my very first niece is already a beautiful young woman of 12!

I've always loved this cute picture of Julie and her dad. They both look so happy!

She was sure cute as a baby, but isn't she just beautiful now????
