Reconnecting with Old Friends

These people are awesome. I worked with Mike and Raul for over three years and I miss seeing them everyday. Jimmy, Sydney and I got together with Mike, his wife Dawn, their son Austin and Raul last week and it was so great to visit with them.

How cute are Sydney and Austin together? Austin just wanted to hug and hug Sydney and she didn't quite know what to do!


I've included a special video here for Mike and Raul. I just know they have missed seeing this. This is the kind of thing we did when we were bored at work!

Afternoon at the Park

Yesterday Sydney and I met Tyler, Aubrey, Susan and Amy at the park. We feed the ducks, had a picnic and played on the playground.



Sydney loved saying "hello" into these whisper tubes.

Okay, so this video isn't too great because I was laughing so hard I had trouble keeping the camera on Sydney and Tyler. Tyler is "helping" Sydney roll down the hill. (Sydney must not have minded the help - she's smiling and laughing!)

Just a quick video of Tyler almost falling in the duck pond. (Which I don't think he would have minded. He really wanted to go in.)

Sydney and I recently had a mini photo shoot so I could get a cute, Valentine-y picture of her for my blog title. Apparently Little Miss Two-Year-Old Attitude was not in the mood.

Too bad this cute one was out of focus!

I love this one and almost used it for my blog title!
