Mt. Charleston
Recently we had dinner at the Mt. Charleston Hotel. Although we didn't get up there in time to play in the snow when it was actually light out, we still had fun. Sydney was able to find a few ice chunks from the frozen solid snow banks to use as snow balls. (Who knows why she decided to throw her snowball in after she counted to 7! Maybe she was trying to get to 10 [because that's what she can count to] but her hands got too cold!)
Sydney is carrying around this cute stuffed alligator because the man at the hotel front desk gave it to her.

Candy Neck-a-less
Jimmy loves to bring things home for Sydney. He almost always brings her home something if he has to stop at the store. When he stopped for gas on his way home the other day, he picked her up 2 candy necklaces. When he put one on her, she quickly figured out how to chomp that candy off. The funniest part though was that she thought it was so beautiful! She was strutting around with it on, striking poses and saying "oh my boo-ful candy neck-a-less."

My Christmas Gift
Here I am wearing my Christmas gift from Jimmy. Jimmy picked this out all by himself and I was quite impressed. (Well, I guess I helped him out a little when I said "I want a necklace from Fossil for Christmas but you can choose which one.") I wouldn't have picked this necklace out myself, but when I saw it I decided I really like it. He also did not follow directions and bought me earrings and a purse from Fossil. I love the earrings, but unlike Fossil jewelry, their purses are not reasonably priced. Jimmy really wanted me to have the purse and I didn't want to make him feel bad, but in my opinion, it was just too much money. So, being the smart shopper that I am, I took the purse back and then went to the Fossil outlet store. I bought a purse that was almost exactly the same for a third of the price!
